• Are your Big Buddha Handbags Authentic?

  The Jewelry Box is an authorized dealer of Big Buddha Handbags and guarantees authenticity.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it by mail within 7 days of the date received for a refund. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Products are accepted for returns online if hey have not been used, modified or damaged in any way, and the identification tag and all designer garment tags are still attached to the products with the disposable seal. We remind you to try on your items without removing the tag or seal, as we do not accept returned products with broken seals. The products must be returned complete and unused, in their original packaging. If boxes of products, when returned, are damaged your return may not be accepted; Earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned in any case, due to reasons of hygiene. Items on sale cannot be returned.

  Our processing time is 24 to 48 hours. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
