What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. We will discuss the issues and make arrangements for your choice of a refund, store credit, new product shipped out, etc.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! If you live outside of the U.S. please contact me at email@example.com so I can get you an accurate price for shipping, so you don't overpay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Custom orders can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks at the most to be completed depending on color choices and how big the order is. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
I do take custom orders. If you are looking for a crocheted piece that I don't have in my shop please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can discuss what you are looking for. I will see if I can make it and if not will recommend you to someone I think can. Just remember custom orders do take longer depending on the color choices and the amount of work needed to make your product. I will keep in contact with you so you know how things are progressing.
How do I pay for an order? Is it secure?
