• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I take great care and pride in the construction of each and every item I create. But I'm not perfect so, if you should find a defect or flaw, making the item un-usable, please notify me within 3 days of receiving, and I'll gladly work with you to repair your purchase.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At this time, US and Canada orders only.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• What type of environment do the products ship from?

  My home-based business environment is smoke and pet free. Common smells that fill the air are coffee, crayons, and pancakes.
