I want your purchase to be a happy one. If for some reason you receive an item and it is not in the condition as stated on my shop or there is an error with your order, I am happy to correct your order/replace your item. If the error is on my end, I will absorb the shipping costs.
If you just desire a change to your item, including Exchange. the shipping costs on both ends will be the responsibility of the customer. To exchange an item, originally purchased item must be received back to me in the original condition.
