• Where does this store ship from?

  Typically your order will ship from Bellmore, NY unless we are in tour in which case it ships from wherever we are!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Get in touch with us and we'll figure it out. We're good like that.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yep!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Typically, US orders will arrive within a few days and international orders within a week or two.

• Can I track my order?

  We try to keep our shipping costs affordable by using standard shipping methods that don't include tracking. If you'd like to have your order sent via Fedex or UPS, please get in touch with us at thenarrativemusic@gmail.com and we'll set you up with a custom shipping price. Otherwise, your stuff will get there via good old regular snail mail.
