• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, plese contact me and we will work out a solution. I am a one woman business and this is my bread and butter, so I make sure that my customers are happy with their purchases. I am not able to refund shipping costs and the buyer is responsible for the costs that are related to shipping item(s) back and items MUST BE sent back insured.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  ♥♥IMPORTANT♥♥: Once I receive the payment, I ship your rings in 4 - 5 BUSINESS days, in a gift box, in recycled bubble mailers via THE GERMAN POST (Deutsche Post) - Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. I will email you with your customs label number when I ship your package. The German Post (Deutsche Post) is pretty efficient, and orders to the U.S. (east coast) should take between 5-10 business days to arrive; orders to the U.S. (central and west coast) may take up to 2 or 3 weeks to arrive. Holiday shipping will most likely be a bit longer. Insurance is at the discretion of the buyer (leave me a message at checkout if you would like to add this)
