What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Sorry, no returns, but an exchange is possible if a non-original item comes damaged, such as stickers or prints. In this case, I will accept the damaged item back and will send a new item in its place. The buyer may not keep the damaged item and also accept a new item.
In the case of damaged originals, there are no returns, but I include the cost of insurance of the item's actual amount in the shipping and will give you the insurance information so if there is a problem, the buyer can take it up with the post office. If the original artwork comes to you damaged, it is up to the buyer to claim the damage with the post office.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, but additional charges will apply.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
