• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  No, not at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All items are custom, one of a kind pieces. My process MUST be done in stages and can take up to 10 days to complete. I cannot rush these so please give ample time to allow for this. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 6 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Portraits are send priority mail and you should receive them within 2 business days of shipment. Also dependant on holidays.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• Do you offer combined shipping?

  Yes. Just put your items in your cart and the shipping will automatically combine.

• How do you make these portraits?

  With my hands haha...lots of time, patience and a tad of talent lol

• How do I send my cremation ashes?

  I do not need much to complete the bookmark or rosary, a tablespoon at the most. Put in a zip lock bag, then put it in another zip lock bag. Mail in a strong little box like USPS flat rate small box. You must include your order number, name and any other verifying information in your package. I will send back any unused ashes with your order. You're order will be packaged ready for gift giving. See above for order processing times.
