• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  - I try to do my best in describing and photographing my items accurately. Please read the descriptions carefully! - If you have received damaged or incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving them and we will find some solution. - If you are really unhappy with your purchase and decide to return the item, it must be posted within 2 days after receiving it. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging. I will refund you via PayPal, minus the cost of shipping fees. You will also pay the cost of shipping the item back. - Please note that colors of the photographed items may differ, because of you monitor settings, different monitors can reflect different colors.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  - I ship worldwide. - All items are shipped via registered priority mail. - Item is shipped within 3 days after payment has been received. - International deliveries take up to 2-3 weeks, thus please allow some time to arrive. European delivery times are up to 7 business days. All items shipped will be provided with a trace number. Please inform me if You do not receive items more than 4 weeks. - Items will be sent to your Storenvy order address unless otherwise specified. Please inform me if your shipping address should be different form your billing address. - Receiving country duties and taxes are for responsibility and account of the buyer.
