  Our dress and suits are handmade Custom, 1:If the the dress or suits is being made and you want to cancel the order,You need to bear the platform Transaction Fees(25% of total price) and facrtory Labor cost(20% of total price). 2:If the the dress or suits isn't being made and you want to cancel the order,You need to bear the platform Transaction Fees(25% of total price).

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  The dress is hand made custom need about 10~15 days. To US,UK,AU,FR,DE, Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 15 to 25 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Other International shipping delivery times may vary between 20 and 30 Days.

• Is Express shipping available?

  Yes! Delivery for Express shipping takes 10-15 business days to US,15~20 business days to other coutry.But need you pay the fast shipping fee.If you need use fast shipping,Please contact us.

  Yes,You can send you size information to us custom made the dress for you.

• Return Policy

  We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right, but we offer free modify. Please see following for the list of quality issues of our mistak that are fully refundable for: Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, Damaged dress- 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress
