• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, there's absolutely no problem about it! Actually, I'm located in France, so everything ships from here.

• How long will it take before the item gets shipped

  I SHIP everything WITHIN TEN DAYS after the payment of the item(s)! Ten days is when I'm busy with convention work and out of my office, usually it takes me shorter than that : about a week. It should then take around a week to arrive for France, 10 days for Europe, and ten 15 to a month for North America. PLEASE note that everything is send by DEFAULT UNREGISTERED (no tracking and no insurance) MAIL. If you wish to have a mail upgrade (insurance), please contact me! If you want a simple TRACKING OPTION, please use the dedicated "tracking option" listing that you will find at the end of the store.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Item(s) usually arrive within a week when shipped to France, within ten days for most places of Europe, and approximately 15 days to a month for International. But this may take longer depending on things I sadly can't control, sorry! IF YOU ARE FROM FRANCE, EUROPE OR NORTH AMERICA, please allow a full month before assuming any merchandise got lost. After that delay, you can contact me, but I usually do not refund or re-send items except if you asked for a shipping upgrade before ordering. IF YOU LIVE IN MEXICO, OR ANY CENTRAL OR SOUTH AMERICAN COUNTRY, ANY AFRICAN COUNTRY, OR IN RUSSIA, please note that orders often take from one to three months to arrive. It occurs almost every time, but they more than often do get to their destination in the end, from my experience. I will just ask you to be aware of it before ordering. I sadly can't guarantee anything to arrive in these countries. Insurance or different postage service can be asked via inquiry. International customs are to your charge, but we all hope it will not happen.
