  We are unable to process return or refund request because customized items are made to order

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Free Shipping. We ship The Item Worldwide by the International Fedex. We'll dispatch The Parcel within 6-10 business day after payments. We'll send the Tracking Number via e-mail to customers after shipping. It's estimated to take about 12 working days to receive it by International mail. Customers can track it according to the tracking Number.

• What if my purchase is out of stock after the order has been placed?

  If your order is out of stock, we will contact you right away and offer either a payment refund or an item exchange.

• How to choose the suitable shoes sizes?

  Please compare the detailed sizes before you buy. Because our items are made on order , unfortunately returns and refunds are not possible. If your foot is wide, it is recommended to buy one more size.

• What are the super fiber leather, frosted leather or PU?

  There are many different materials and designs for your choice. The shoes are made from different materials. If you focus on geniune leather shoes, please choose tne calfskin geniune leather material. Do not choose any synthetic leather like PU, super fiber leather or frosted leather materials.
