  • What is Virgin Hair?

    The term Virgin Hair refers to hair that is free of chemical process such as perms, relaxers, and dyes.
  • How long does Virgin Hair last?

    With proper care and maintenance this hair can last from 6-12 months. IMPORTANT: *If a weft has to be cut, please always user a weft sealer at both cut ends to prevent shedding. *Always use a shampoo comb (Wide tooth comb for styling, and maintenance. Comb hair from the ends and work your way to the roots.
  • How many bundles will I need to purchase for a full head?

    You'll need to purchase 2 bundles for full head. 3 bundles for fullness.
  • Can this hair be colored?

    Yes! This hair can be bleached or dyed to any color. *Our virgin hair is premium quality and has never been chemically treated. It can therefore handle the coloring process very well. We HIGHLY recommend consulting a Professional Colorist if you wish to color your new hair. DO YOUR RESEARCH and ensure that your Professional Colorist is using a good quality dying product/technique. As low quality dye products over process and damage the hair.
  • Can Virgin Hair be straightened or curled?

    Yes! This is 100% Virgin Human Hair it can be treated as your own.
  • What is the difference between Virgin Brazilian Body Wave and Deep Wave?

    The pattern in the deep wave is more defined than body wave. Yes both body wave and deep wave can be straightened. If you wet the hair it will return back into its natural state.
  • What products should I use on my MVHB hair?

    For long lasting beauty, luster and shine, MOISTURE is the most important thing. Do NOT use products that contain an alcohol base because it can dry the hair out. Products such as shampoo and conditioners that are formulated for dry hair are the best since the hair is not getting any nutrients from the scalp. Leave-in conditioners in liquid form and serums are great for the ends.
  • How do I care for my Virgin? You’ve just made a very important purchase, and the proper maintenance of your Virgin Brazilian hair.We recommend the following:

    1. Use a rich shampoo and conditioner made for dry hair 2. Comb and detangle hair before shampooing, using a shampoo comb, also known as a wide tooth comb. (Never use a wig brush or a fine tooth comb) 3. Gently shampoo the hair in one direction ONLY 4. Support your attachment (weft, braid or fusion) when brushing or combing your hair 5. Sleep with your hair tied up in a net, silk bonnet or scarf DO NOT: 1. Sleep with your hair wet 2. Pile hair on top of your head to shampoo (this creates tangling) 3. Apply too much conditioner to the attachment
  • Do we accept orders placed outside of the US?

    At this time our company only ships nationwide. US Only We guarantee 100% Human Hair, no two bundles are exactly alike. Every bundle comes from a different donor. Please inspect your bundles before installing. Once you dye, bleach, cut or color your hair, and does not come out to your liking. The issue is not with our company it is with your personal stylist.   • How are orders shipped?

    All orders are shipped via Priority Mail, with signature confirmation. If you prefer to have items shipped overnight. Please follow necessary prompts during checkout process.
  • Where can orders be shipped?

    We Ship World-wide. However, we only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses in the case of Paypal based orders. A confirmed address is one that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder. In most cases, when a buyer's credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same, the address is considered confirmed. We will not except liability for unconfirmed addresses NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • What happens if an item I order is sold out?

    Occasionally a tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. BEFORE using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure the correct length, color, texture, and quality are as desired. We HIGHLY encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Remember, natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. If you feel you've received a product that is truly defective we want to hear from you! If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within (5) five business days of receipt of the merchandise. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once. We will require you to provide return UNWORN HAIR!! ALL HAIR BUNDLES MUST BE INTACT WITH THE ORIGINAL MVHB LABEL ATTACHED. If the product you've received is deemed to be defective by our team we will send you a return label for the merchandise received. Once we've had a chance to examine it on site we will send a replacement immediately. If an incorrect product was sent to you we will send you a return label for the merchandise you received. Once we have received it back we will send an immediate replacement.
